Mark Basler
CEO/Owner
Mark brings over 15 years of experience in non-medical home care to Always Caring of Connecticut. During this period of time, he served as the Director of Business Development and the Managing Director of Home Care, which ultimately led him to open Always Caring of Connecticut in 2018. He built a solid foundation and a team that has done a wonderful job of assisting our clients, all with vastly different needs in personal care and services. The one constant that is always in place is his commitment to providing the best possible care by selecting an outstanding team of caregivers.
He and his team work closely together to ensure the highest level of care and service to our clients. In addition, Mark has built long-term relationships with senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities and therapists, plus he also has strong connections with geriatric care managers, social workers, hospitals, doctors, nurses, and attorneys/estate planners. Mark has always had the ability to create synergy with his resources, and with the support of his team, Always Caring of Connecticut continues to grow and find success in supporting many families.
Argentina Marku
Care Manager
Argentina brings five years of home care experience to Always Caring of Connecticut, and we already know how fortunate we are to have her as our Caregiver Manager/Scheduler. She has 12 years of management experience from corporate employment opportunities, and she always adds a personal touch and care to everything she does.
Argentina’s tireless work ethic and commitment to building solid relationships with our caregivers and clients make her a key addition to our team.
Gisselle Vaz-McCann
Account Manager
Gisselle Vaz-McCann brings Always Caring of Connecticut over 10 years of experience as a caregiver. With hard work, dedication, and the passion to excel, Gisselle has transitioned her experience and knowledge as a caregiver to become our new Account Manager.
We are thrilled to have her a part of the company.
Born and raised in Connecticut, with origins in Portugal, Gisselle’s passion for the care industry started in her early teenage years as a nanny and took off from there. Her passion for caring stems from her upbringing and the love and support of her family.
Sandra Domenech
Scheduling Coordinator
Sandra recently joined Always Caring of Connecticut as our Recruiter/Scheduler. She brings 15 years of experience as a caregiver, assisting her own family as well as private duty clients. She has also been a business executive with experience in Human Resources, scheduling, training, and payroll.
Sandra has resided in Connecticut for over 30 years and has built many long-standing professional relationships that she will bring to our company. Sandra truly understands the importance of customer service, and because she is such a heartfelt person, she always focuses on helping people. Welcome to the team!
Dina Carriero
Office Administrator / Accounts Receivable
Dina joined Always Caring of Connecticut as a Recruiter/Scheduler. She is a focused individual with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and over 20 years of experience in Management, Human Resources and Operations.
Dina was born and raised in New York and moved to CT in 2000. Her attention to detail, passion for providing excellent customer service, and belief in the importance of communication and teamwork are the qualities that make Dina a valued addition to the company.
