Our non-medical home care services are designed for those looking to remain in their homes so they can age in peace and comfort.
Those who can benefit from home care from the caregivers at Always Caring of Connecticut can receive temporary respite care for an individual or family. We can provide the senior companionship and socialization our clients need, as well as required transportation to doctor’s appointments and errands.
Personal Care Plan
To find out if personal care from Always Caring of Connecticut is right for you or a loved one, schedule a meeting with us where we will come to you to complete a detailed Personal/Safety Assessment. This assessment will help us develop a customized Personal Care Plan that will include:
- How our caregiver(s) will support the client's Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Any assistance needed with ambulation or transfers from the bed to the wheelchair and vice versa.
- Specific suggestions for improving the safety of the client or the home.
- Medication reminders and scheduling.
- Special diet and nutritional care.
- We then complete the Personal Care Plan with your selected caregiver's schedule.
- Possible introduction of a nutritionist or social worker to complete the plan.
